I'm Mommy...
The CFO (Chief Family Officer)
of this little family I've been blessed.
The Chief and I have been
married 12.75 years.
Thankfully I still think he's
the best thing in my life.
We have FOUR beautiful children-
two born to us -
two born in our hearts -
all equally gifts from God.
They tell me these
are the best times of my life...
loving the amazing family
God has given me
while trying to find joy
in the simple things.

Little Buddy: boy, 2 years
funny, snuggly, adored by many,
lovingly referred to as our caboose
Kobe: one very spoiled Yorkshire terrier
likes stuffed animals, playing outside and Greenie treats

When it comes to adoption these words are OH SO true. Our blessings are worth every second of the wait.
I so hope this is true. I am having a difficult week waiting. Dreaming of meeting my daughter last night did not help! I so hope this is worth all the struggles at the end.
